Lake Country Pet Return Policy

Dog and Cat


Food: With a satisfaction guarantee all our dry bagged food (dog and cat) may be returned with a full refund if there is no more than two meals worth of food missing from the bag, the barcode on the bag is intact and is accompanied by the original sales receipt.


Clothing: Collars, harnesses and clothing may be exchanged for size within one week of original purchase, the difference in sum will be calculated and dealt with in store at the time of exchange. Tags and packaging must be intact and accompanied by the original sales receipt. If items have been worn outside and/or are returned to us dirty our exchange offer is voided.


Final Sale: Leashes, bulk treats/chew treats, special ordered items/food, open packages of bagged treats, toys, travel crates, playpens/fences and sale items are all marked as final sale and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

 

Shipping Policy

We can ship small dry goods throughout Canada using standard shipping methods and will provide a tracking number. Call or send a message to arrange an order.

Live Animals

Fair weather shipping via Reptile Express as per their suggestions, with appropriate heating or cooling packs in insulated boxes. We only ship terrestrial invertebrates, amphibians and reptiles across Canada within 2 day shipping. Live arrival guarantee via Reptile Express policies, with proof provided.
